The Cheyenne River Ranch occupies 36,000 acres of rolling prairie, deep
ravines, timbered river bottom and lake. We operate a working
ranch with cattle and horses. The rich habitat provided by
our land supports some of the best hunting in South Dakota, and the
natural beauty of the surroundings is unchanged for many generations.
Your
personalized hunting and photo tours are guided by Jerry Farlee and his
sons Jerry K., Leon, Jason and Luke. Jerry's wife Rita and
his daughter Lizette are responsible for our famous ranch-cooked
meals.
Generations of our family have lived intimately with this land and all
that it has to offer. Our knowledge of wildlife and the
outdoors will get you in close for the experience of a lifetime.
No. Really. Talk to us about your ideas and tell us what you want to experience. No two tours are alike. We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety when you are our guest. We give personalized attention to every visitor to make certain they have the tour they have always dreamed of.
We are located on the
Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in Southwestern Dewey County
